Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Refunds: All refunds can only be issued back via the original method of payment. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
